Updated shipping fees

For years I've kept shipping costs down by taking a hit on my wage. Due to Royal mail raising shipping costs yet again, I'm having to update the site.  In fact, it has been soo long since I've done this, i'm currently, or should I say 'was', eating up a loss of £1 to £5 on each order from my margins.  I know right! :(
